1. The Company and Website

The Website is operated by EMISSIO TRADE d.o.o. za trgovinu i usluge, Ulica Roberta Frangeša – Mihanovića 9, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, company ID (OIB): 97048607415, registration number (MBS): 081398598, EUID: HRSR.081398598, registered with the Commercial Court in Zagreb (“EMISSIO TRADE”, the “Company”, “we” or “us”). The Company's share capital is EUR 193,080.00 and has been fully paid in cash. Its business account is held with Zagrebačka banka d.d., IBAN: HR94 2360 0001 1029 5512 3. The members of the management board are Sven Travaš and Niko Stefano Butalja.

The Website provides corporate and business information and a way to submit an initial enquiry. By using the Website, you accept these Terms to the extent they govern that use. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Submitting an enquiry does not create confidentiality obligations equivalent to a separately executed non-disclosure agreement. Where a project requires it, confidentiality will be agreed before sensitive information is exchanged.
